Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of GoViralPromo Engine (“Engine,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operated by GoViralPromo Limited, a company registered in Nigeria, under its GoViralPromo brand. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Engine generates draft LinkedIn posts on your behalf based on preferences you provide, and publishes them to your LinkedIn profile only after you explicitly approve each individual draft. We never publish anything to your LinkedIn profile without your approval.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid LinkedIn account in good standing to use this service, and you must comply with LinkedIn’s own User Agreement and Professional Community Policies at all times. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity that occurs under it. If you want us to remove your stored LinkedIn connection credentials or delete your account data, contact us at ceo@goviralpromo.com as described in our Privacy Policy. You can also manage GoViralPromo Engine's access through your LinkedIn account settings.

4. Trial & Subscription

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial, requiring no payment card to start.
• The trial operates at Standard-tier feature limits.
• On Day 5, you’ll receive an expiration reminder. On Day 8, your account is locked pending payment — you must select and pay for a subscription tier (Standard or Pro) to continue using the service.
• There is no permanent free tier.
• Subscription tiers, features, and pricing are described at our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; material price changes will be communicated in advance.
• Both tiers are available billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is offered at a discount (10 months’ cost for 12 months of service) and is paid upfront for the full year.

5. Your Content & Responsibility

Every draft is AI-generated and passes through automated content and safety checks before being shown to you — but you are solely responsible for any content you approve and publish to your LinkedIn profile. We strongly encourage reviewing every draft before approving it. You may edit any draft before approving it, and you may always revert to the original AI-approved version.

You agree not to use the service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that violates LinkedIn’s own content policies.

6. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

• Payments are processed by Paystack for Nigeria-based customers or Flutterwave for international customers. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Paid access lasts through the billing period purchased at checkout. GoViralPromo Engine currently uses explicit renewal checkout and does not automatically charge you for a new billing period. To continue after your paid-through date, you must complete another checkout.
• Refund eligibility and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Referral Program

Referring 5 users who complete LinkedIn authentication and publish at least one draft entitles you to one free month of the Standard tier. Promotional extensions earned through referrals are capped at 2 months per account. We reserve the right to deny or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent signups (e.g., disposable email addresses or accounts that do not represent a genuine new user).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to post spam, engagement-bait, or content designed to manipulate LinkedIn’s algorithms
• Attempt to circumvent the content and safety review system
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to your account
• Use the service in a way that violates LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use or Developer Program Policies

9. Service Availability

The service depends on LinkedIn’s API remaining available and on our own infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, payment processors). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party outages or LinkedIn API changes outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific engagement, reach, or business outcome from content published through the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoViralPromo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reputational harm from published content, LinkedIn account restrictions, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
